Muriwai Volunteer Lifeguard Service provides volunteer surf lifesaving patrols for Muriwai Beach. During the 2024-2025 season, our volunteer lifeguards were on the beach for 61 Patrol Days which totalled to 4,150 Volunteer Lifeguard Hours
They carried out:

32 Assists
301 Preventative Actions involving 3,559 people
26 First Aids
