First Aid courses
2019/2020 SEASON
We have organised the following First Aid Courses and Refreshers to get you all qualified/refreshed for next season. Important - limited numbers and heavily subsidised by the club so get in quick!
All courses will be exclusive to Muriwai Surf Lifesaving members up until 3 weeks prior to the start after which registration will be made available to all NR surf club members.
The courses will be held in the education room at the Muriwai Surf Club.
Please note:

If you book a course and then do not attend, you will be invoiced for the full amount of the course without the subsidy.

Your $50 or $70 payment must have been paid and received by the club before the start of the course.

Level 1 Surf: 24 & 25 August 2019 (Saturday and Sunday)
Course taught to SLSNZ First Aid Curriculum
15 participants minimum
20 participants maximum
2 days minimum
Pre-requites: Current Surf Life Saving Member
Minimum 14 years of age
Price with subsidy: $50 (normally $198.00)
Level 1 and 2 Refresher
If you are need to do your Level 1 Refresher then you need to sign up for the below Level 2 course. This is a one day course and on completion you will be Level 2 qualified and Level 1 refreshed!
Level 2 Surf + 1 & 2 Refresher: 29 September 2019 (Sunday)
Course taught to SLSNZ First Aid Curriculum

1 day minimum
Pre-requites: SLS Level 1
Minimum 15 years of age
Price with subsidy: $50 (normally $155.00)
Level 3 Refresher: 26 October 2019 (Saturday)
1 day minimum
10 participants minimum
Price with subsidy: $50 (normally $180.00)
Level 3 Surf: 2 & 3 November 2019 (Saturday & Sunday)

Minimum 17 years of age
Price with subsidy: $70 (normally $320.00)
