The development progression pathways show the flow of skill development as an individual moves through seasons of Junior Surf and are designed to result in holistic development with broad opportunities to meet needs and interests.

 

They are not designed with the intention of deciding whether participants should be in a specific group or whether someone is ‘first’ to complete all outcomes.

 

The key idea is to guide the progress of participants and ensure holistic development is offered through Junior Surf.
